Exchanges
We’re happy to offer exchanges for any unworn, unused item in its original condition and packaging.

If your item is faulty or damaged, we will replace it with the same product in your size (subject to availability).

If the item is unavailable, you will be eligible for a full refund.

Returns
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for store credit within 14 days of purchase.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Returns must include your name and order number for processing.

Store credit will be issued once the return has been inspected and approved.

Shipping Costs

For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping costs and refund the full amount.

For a change of mind or sizing issues, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Tulip & Co. is not responsible for lost returns. We strongly recommend using tracked shipping to ensure your return reaches us safely.
